Not Pearl, but

Andalusian, Lusitano and Peruvian Paso horses with the Pearl gene have been documented in the USA, in Spain, and in a few other other European countries.

The links at left now lead to the pictures of, pedigrees of, and information about those horses that have been collected on this web site.  NOT EXHAUSTIVE - there are perhaps hundreds of pearl (carrying or colored) horses not listed on this web site.

The color name "pearl" was selected  in ~2003 by the group of owners and breeders of Iberian-bred American pearl horses in the newdilutions Yahoo Group.  You can join this group, using the list below, to learn more and/or join in discussing and documenting it.

The division of Iberian pearl information into USA and European examples seemed expedient at the time it was added.
